• Quality: We use only top-grade USDA Choice Harris Ranch Beef, Foster Farms Chicken and Farmer John Pork
• Freshness: All Tresierras Brand Products are made from scratch the morning of your event; this includes the corn tortillas, tortilla chips, salsas, guacamoles, marinades and the traditional juice drinks which are made with real fruit (not flavored powder in a bag).
• Safety: Our staff members are certified food handlers. We make sure that the food is properly prepared, transported, cooked and served.  The safety of you and your guests is our first priority.
• Presentation: We invest in the presentation of our staff and our serving tables, keeping your event professional, festive and fun.
• All-You-Can-Eat Tacos! There is no limit to your trips to the cart - the more, the better!

NO OBLIGATION CATERING QUOTE – Please email or call us for a free quote. We will describe in detail how we can help you make your event a success. Your email and phone inquiries will not create any kind of binding contract. Our service will only be secured when we receive a deposit and you receive a booking confirmation from our event coordinator. 

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS – We are very flexible and will work with you every step of the way. However, please try to book your event as far in advance as possible so we can lock in your date. All events must be booked no less than two weeks prior to event date.

DEPOSIT POLICY – In order to secure an event, a deposit of 50% of the quote will be required as early as possible but no later than ten (10) business days prior to your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY – There are no cancellations due to weather. Tresierras Catering will provide service rain or shine. However, in the event you have to cancel your order, in order to receive a full refund of the deposit, the following schedule will be followed:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND AMOUNT –
10 or more days notice - 100% refund
10-3 day notice - 75% refund
Less than 24 hours notice - 0% – 50% refund

TIPPING POLICY – A gratuity will not be automatically be added to the bill. However, any and all tips are greatly appreciated!

EVENT DAY

• We require 1.5 hours to set up
• We serve for two (2) hours
• We use a three to four person staff (depending on size of party)
• We provide serving tables with chaffing dishes (for side dishes), disposable plates, cups, napkins and utensils
• We provide set-up, tear-down and clean up
• We create a buffet line beginning with the side dishes. Your guests will then work their way to the taco cart where we will make to order tacos and quesadillas (if requested). They will then make their way to the salsa bar where they will dress their tacos or quesadillas with salsas and condiments.
• Our Taco cart is 3’ wide x 8’ long. The customer is responsible for making sure a level and spacious area is available for easy access of the taco cart.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any outdoor food service permits if we are to work on public land (beaches, parks, schools, street fairs, etc.).
